It helps you to take on a more productive and positive mindset leading to lasting changes in how you manage your own stress and anxiety and how you interact with those around you.

This evidence-based framework changes your perception from one of negativity to one of positivity by bringing your awareness to the present moment.

This course guides you step by step from how the mind works and how Mindfulness benefits it to the ‘how-tos’ of implementing Mindfulness practice into your life so that you are able to live a more fulfilling and positive life.

In this course, I will introduce you to Mindfulness and where it began and discuss the role of “ego” and how we can alter your perceptions of the world around you by recognising when the “ego” is taking over. You’ll learn the connection between our ego and the drama that happens in our lives. You will then cover the main concepts of mindfulness, and non-judgement, negative reinforcement, and intuition and then cover our physical reaction to thoughts, anger, suffering as well as learning about the role of compassion and setting boundaries.

In This Mindfulness Course...

You will have access to 9+ meditations either mp3 sent to you by email or you can access them via a link. These meditations are a vital part of the course and will enrich your practice.

It is well documented that Mindfulness supports most mental health treatments, but always see your doctor if you are not sure.

At the end of the course, you will be left with recommendations on strengthening your practice and also tips on building it into your daily habits.
