WHAT IS THE ‘MINDFULNESS NOW’ PROGRAMME?

The ‘Mindfulness Now’ programme is a unique mind/body programme incorporating a fusion of key elements from MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) which includes:

  • A detailed individual assessment
  • Individual, personalised, one to one mindfulness meditation sessions
  • Group Mindfulness Sessions
  • An 8 weeks teaching and support programme with open-ended support
  • Individual dedicated audio recordings
  • ‘The Gift’, a day-long mindfulness retreat
